1. Return Eligibility

You can return most items within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Provide your order number and reason for the return.
  • Once authorised, carefully pack the item and include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. Given the size and nature of furniture items, please contact us via WhatsApp beforehand to arrange the most suitable return method. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Some items are non-returnable, including:

  • Custom or made-to-order products
  • Clearance or final sale items

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery via WhatsApp with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

7. Your Statutory Rights

This policy is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. If your item is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund regardless of the timeframes above.
