Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you’re entitled to request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is returned in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item is faulty. If you return a faulty item, we’ll inspect it thoroughly, and where the fault is found to be on our part, we’ll issue a full refund for the cost of the product.
Statutory cancellation rights don’t apply to items falling outside the standard product specification. For upholstered furniture, statutory cancellation does apply — but only where the item is faulty, incomplete, or otherwise doesn’t meet the specification it was sold under.
We can only accept returns for items that haven’t been assembled. Once an item has been assembled, we’re unable to accept a return, as we can no longer determine whether any fault originated with us or occurred during assembly. If a fault appears while you’re assembling your item, please get in touch straight away so we can find the right resolution for you.
For this reason, we strongly recommend checking every item thoroughly before assembly, and holding onto all packaging — it’s required if you need to make a return.
We work hard to make sure every product leaves us in perfect condition. If something does go wrong and you receive a faulty item, our support team is here to put it right — typically by replacing the item as quickly as possible. Customer satisfaction is our priority, so please don’t hesitate to reach out if there’s ever an issue with your order.
